Stuffed shells in the Crock pot

Total time: 5 hrs, 20 mins
Ingredients
18 Jumbo pasta shells
1 IB, lean ground beef or chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic minced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon parsley
1 egg beaten
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1.) Cook pasta just until tender, then drain.
2.) Brown beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet. Drain well. Then add mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, and egg. Stuff the shells with the mixture.
3. Pour half the sauce in the bottom of the crock pot.
4. Add all your stuffed shells.
5.) Top with remaining sauce, sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
6.) Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours.
