Vanilla Cornstarch Pudding

 

 

1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Argo cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. mazola oil or margarine
1 tsp vanilla

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Gradually stir in milk until smooth.

Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 min.
remove from heat. 
Stir in the margarine and vanilla.

Pour into serving bowls. Cover and refrigerate. 

Makes about 2 1/2 cups
