Materials

Tacky Glue

1 - 4 1/2 by 4 1/2" card stock
1 - 9" wide by 2" high card stock
Ribbon

Cut your pieces, then take the 9" long piece and glue the ends together. Then take the square piece and round the corners if you like. You can also ink the corners.
Take the round piece and glue one round side, glue to the center of the square piece. Let it try.
Glue your ribbon around the top, tie in a bow, and cut off any extra ribbon.

Then just add your paperclips.
