Hi, I just wanted to tell you a little about what My Husband got me, it's an Emeril French door 360 for Christmas, and I love it. You can cook everything in it. Well almost :-)
So far, I've cooked fish, chicken, pork roast, asparagus, mini baked potatoes, etc. It's so easy to use, the best tool to have when using it is a meat thermometer for the meats and fish. I use this all the time; you can bake or use the air fryer. I use the air fryer a lot. It has a light so you can turn on to see how your food is coming along. Clean up is very easy. Let cool, I use a soapy dishcloth and clean the inside and out. I haven't had anything that won't wipe off (yet), but I believe I've seen something about cleaning it on the group I'm on, which I have the information below.
I want to try a Big Turkey breast in it. I'm not sure how many pounds would fit in it, I might have to ask a few groups I'm in.
