Welcome to my wellness journey — a place where I’m starting over, finding myself, and learning how to take care of myself again.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s not about a number on the scale or fitting into an old pair of jeans. It’s about feeling better, having more energy, and doing something kind for myself every single day. I’ve had my ups and downs (and restarts!), but I’m learning that every step forward, no matter how small, matters.
🌿 What Wellness Means to Me
Wellness isn't just about weight. It’s about my mind, body, and spirit. It means:

Making healthier food choices — but not being hard on myself.

Taking time for rest, joy, prayer, and peace.

Celebrating progress — even one minute of walking is a win!
🍽️ What I’m Doing Now
Right now, I’m:

Counting calories again (because it worked for me before).

Starting slow with walking — just 1 minute at a time until I can do more.

Keeping track of how I feel, not just what I weigh.

Looking into gentle stretching or beginner chair exercises once I build up a little stamina.
I’ve learned not to wait for “perfect timing” or to compare myself to others. This is my journey — and I’m taking it one loving step at a time.
